Purity™ Flash Cartridges are superior because they are packed with Premium Rf™ Silica Gel. The porosity is 60A, particle distribution is 20-45um, bed mass is 25g, and quantity is 12/pk. Sorbtech's packing technique & Premium Rf's narrow particle distribution results in a uniform packed bed. The benefits are no channeling, higher resolution, decrease in backpressure, faster flow, and faster run time. Additionally, the small pore volume allows for more silica gel per column volume leading to greater loadability and less solvent use. Finally, the high purity silica gel (minimal surface metals) reduces mixed-mode interactions (no peak tailing or resolution loss). The polypropylene cartridge has standard luer-lock end fittings and is spin-welded (leak-free) allowing higher pressures up to 400 psi. The cartridges are compatible with all flash chromatography systems.

Biotage Samplet are designed for quick and convenient loading of concentrated samples.After the sample has been applied to the Samplet, the solvent is allowed to evaporate. The Samplet is then inserted into the Biotage Sfär Duo columns and you are ready to go.Samplets also are used as guard columns for Biotage Sfar C18, Biotage Sfar Bio C18 and Biotage Sfar Bio C4 columns.These Samplets are compatible with 50 to 120 gram columns and contain approximately 10 grams of C18 sorbent material.
